Quick & Easy Healthy Food Ideas | Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Eating Out!

Today I share with you several of my preferred Healthy and balanced Food Suggestions consisting of quick and also simple morning meal, lunch and also dinner dishes! I also take you along to my preferred area to dine in restaurants with pals – Mad Mex!

Quick and Healthy Morning meal concepts;
MORNING MEAL OMELETTE
2 Eggs
Handful of your choice of fillings – I opted for;
Mushrooms, Sunlight dried Tomatoes, Springtime Onions & Feta Cheese
Salt and also Pepper
Zip Lock Baggy
Alfoil (optional if carrying the go).

FYI See to it you have a high quality zip lock bag not simply the cheapy ones since it could split in the water (could or could not have discovered this from experience).

Healthy and balanced Lunch Ideas perfect for Institution or Job.
WOMBOK SALAD.
Half a wombok cabbage (mistakenly claimed a whole one in the video).
6 Spring Onions (Shallots).

SALAD DRESSING.
Quarter mug White Vinegar.
Quarter Cup Caster Sugar (this gives it a wonderful and also sour taste but if you enjoy for it just to be a zesty dressing you can leave the sugar out or only include a sprinkle for much less calories).
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce.
Half mug Olive Oil.

Healthy Supper Recipes.
ZUCCHINI FRITTERS.
3 Zucchini grated.
Fifty percent cup self increasing flour (use wholemeal if on a more stringent diet plan).
2 Springtime onions carefully cut.
Half mug of Mint, roughly cut.
2 eggs.
Olive Oil.

DIPPING SAUCE.
Tiny tub of Greek Yogurt.
Enthusiasm and juice of half a lemon.
Quarter mug of mint leaves (roughly chopped).
1 Diced Cucumber.
