Onions (Big)– 250 grams
Red Chillies– 10-12 Nos.
Salt– 1 Tblspn
Tamarind (Soaked)– Gooseberry Sized
Oil– 2 Tblspn
Mustard Seeds– 1/4 Tsp
1. Get rid of skin as well as dice Onions to 1 inch squares.
2. Saturate Chillies in water for 1/2 hr.
3. Obtain Chillies from water. Include Salt, Tamarind, Sugar and also fifty percent of the Onions.
4. Grind well. Include rest of the onions as well as run the mixie at reduced rate to make a coarse paste.
