Its called Muthia, its a very popular vegetarian snack which can be fried or steamed and accompanies many Indian dishes in the family kitchen. So give it a go and please do leave a comment

** Its actually fenugreek leaves you need. I called it spinach by mistake,. We call it methi bhaji in Gujerati, im not sure why lol but i keep hearing the elders call it that. **

Ingredients:
1 chopped Onion
2 grated Carrots
A bunch of washed & chopped Fenugreek leaves (Methi) NOT Spinach…
2 cups Rice Flour
3 heaped tables Margerine
1 tablespoon Gram Flour (Chana Flour)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
1 heaped teaspoon Cumin Powder
2 Tablespoons water
Salt to taste
Green Chillies to taste
2 teaspoons fresh garlic paste
