Mattar paneer is a vegetarian Indian dish consisting of peas and paneer in a tomato based sauce spiced with garam masala.
Serve matar paneer with roti or rice.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds
onion paste and saute till brown
Add salt, red chilli and turmeric powder,
garam masala, coriander powder, Cardamom, cloves
Paste of onions, tomatoes, cashews (Kaju)
Add peas and all masala in cooker for peas soft done.
And Coriander leaves.
