Pakora is another tasty delicious very popular family favourite in homes and restaurants. Normally a starter to accompany main meals or even just as a snack.

Ingredients for Pakora:
Onions – 2 sliced
Fenugreek Leave – A handful (chopped)
Fresh Coriander – Small Handful
Potato – 1 chopped
Carrot – 1 finely sliced
Garlic paste – 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
Green Chillies – 1/2 teaspoons (or to taste)
Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Gram Flour – 1 & 1/2 cups
Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Water for the batter
Oil to fry
