This is a Bengali veg (Niramish) recipe, the name of this recipe is Bahari Jhinge (ঝিঙে/Ridge Gourd). This is Bengali Cooking recipes in Bangla. We all know the name of jhinge posto recipe, but this is totally different from jhinge posto. The taste is just awesome and delicious.

Ingredients for the Bahari Jhinge Recipe – Bengali veg Niramish:
Ridge Gourd 500 grams, peel the skin and cut it like round shape
Tomato 1 big size, cut it like ring
Salt to taste
Ghee ½ tsp
Cashew nut paste 1 tsp
Raisin
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Poppy seed paste 1 tsp
Ginger and Cumin paste 1 tsp
Coconut scrape little
Chopped Green Chili 1
Chili Powder 1 tsp
White Oil 2 tsp
Yogurt ½ cups
Coconut Milk 1 cup
